Instructions:
1. Hold the wrist ball with one hand, turn the opening part up, and put the head of the rope into the hole in the center of the ball with the other hand.

3. Stop turning the center of the ball when the rope circles half a circle around the center of the ball. Hold the ball with one hand and quickly pull the string with the other to spin the center of the ball as fast as possible.

NOTE:
